Most of us get under the weather now and then. I guess the frequency may depend on our lifestyle, immunity level and eating habits. Oh, I remember that some great person once said that “You are what you eat”.
When I first heard this, I stopped eating cabbage, because I liked cabbage and I didn’t want to turn into one. Now, I know better. I don’t blame you if you had decided that I was a pretty naïve person, after reading the foregoing. Well, I am sure that you will change your opinion in a hurry when you learn that I was 8 years old at that time.
Now getting back to what I want to talk about today, it is about those wonderful things that you find in Nature which have miraculous curative and healing properties. Lucky are those who know about them, use them and benefit from them.
I am referring to one such miracle plant called Aloe Vera.
Aloe Vera is extracted from the aloe plant and has been credited with healing properties. Aloe can be grown indoors or outdoors. Aloe Vera is used in many forms for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. Aloe Vera has been used for centuries as a home remedy.
Though Aloe Vera is reported to be relatively safe, as with the use of all herbs and plant extracts, it would be advisable to consult your doctor first if:
- You are under medication for any health reason
- Are prone to allergic reactions
- Suffer from any health condition
If this has caught your interest, you can read up on Aloe Vera to get a good idea of its benefits.
